Clean Energy Improvement Program

The Clean Energy Improvement Program has had a successful launch and Council direction is required regarding how administration should move forward with the program.

2024 - 2027 Corporate Business Plan

The 2024 - 2027 Corporate Business Plan is provided to Council for approval.

2024 Capital Budget Amendment - Fleet Operations

A Capital Budget amendment is requested to increase the approved budget for Project 293 in order to purchase additional fleet vehicles and equipment at below market value.

BYLAWS

8.1

Bylaw 35-23 - Road Closure

The purpose of Bylaw 35-23 - Road Closure is to close the undeveloped road allowance between NE ¼ 19-20-29-W4M and NW ¼ 20-20-29-W4 in accordance with the Tillotson Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan.

8.2

Bylaw 17-24 - Land Use Redesignation

The purpose of Bylaw 17-24 is to amend Land Use Bylaw 17-21 by redesignating approximately 2.34 hectares (5.79 acres) of Lot 1, Block 1, Plan 181 0673 from Agricultural and Land Holdings District to Traditional Neighbourhood District and Recreation & Open Space District.

Bylaw 19-24 - Chief Administrative Officer Bylaw Amendments

The purpose of Bylaw 19-24 is to amend Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Bylaw 16-24 to ensure that the CAO is the sole employee of Council and all designated officer roles are rescinded.

Bylaw 18-24 - Land Use Bylaw Amendments

The purpose of Bylaw 18-24 is to amend Land Use Bylaw 17-21 by addressing gaps in clarity, consistency, and organization, as identified over time through the continued utilization of the Bylaw.
