2026 Town of Okotoks Hall of Fame inductees will be in attendance to be formally recognized by Council for their outstanding contributions to the community.

Okotoks youth Titus Penney will be in attendance to be recognized for his fundraising efforts in honour of his late sister.

Okotoks youth Ava Allbright will be in attendance to be recognized for her "Egg My Yard" Easter fundraiser in support of the Okotoks Food Bank.

Members of the Possak Hampshire Academy of Irish Dance will be in attendance to be recognized for qualifying for the 2026 Irish Dancing Championships.

The Council Connect Plan outlining a four-year phased approach to strengthening relationships between Council and the community, along with Year One (2026) implementation opportunities, is presented to Council as a planning tool to guide Council’s relationship-building efforts over their term.

Representatives from the Okotoks Library Board will be in attendance to present a request for additional space within the Arts & Learning Campus to accommodate growth.

The 2026 Budget requires amendment to reflect requested requisitions.

The purpose of Bylaw 08-26 is to amend Land Use Bylaw 17-21 by redesignation approximately +/- 8.65 ha (21.38 ac) withing Lot 3, Block 9, Plan 181 0640 from Agricultural and Land Holdings District to Neighbourhood Core District, Recreation & Open Space District and Traditional Neighbourhood District.

The purpose of Bylaw 10-26 is to amend Land Use Bylaw 17-21 by redesignation approximately +/- 5.99 ha (14.80 ac) within Lot 1, Block 1, Plan 181 0673 & NE-33-20-29-W4M from Agricultural and Land Holdings District to Traditional Neighbourhood District.

Depending on the outcome of the Public Hearing this Bylaw is ready for second and third reading.
