FIRST READING BYLAWS

6.3.1

Bylaw 32-24 - Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan - Ridgemont

The purpose of Bylaw 32-24 is to adopt the Ridgemont Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan to facilitate phased urban development of approximately +/- 63.82 ha (157.71 acres) of a primarily residential community with a commercial centre in northeast Okotoks.

Bylaw 33-24 - Land Use Bylaw Amendment - Ridgemont Phase 1

The purpose of Bylaw 33-24 is to amend Land Use Bylaw 17-21 by redesignating approximately +/- 12.82 ha (+/- 31.68 acres) of land within the Ridgemont NASP from Agricultural and Land Holdings (ALH) District to Neighbourhood Core (NC) District, Traditional Neighbourhood (TN) District and Recreation & Open Space (ROS) District.

8.1

Bylaw 20-24 - North Point Area Structure Plan

The purpose of Bylaw 20-24 is to adopt the North Point Area Structure Plan to facilitate phased industrial development of approximately +/- 246ha (+/- 608 acres) of land in northeast Okotoks.

This Bylaw is ready for third reading as amended.

Bylaw 36-24 - Lineham/Mitchell Residence Municipal Historic Resource Designation

The purpose of Bylaw 36-24 is to designate 38 Elma Street West as a Municipal Historic Resource.

This Bylaw is ready for three readings.
