MOTION REQUESTED: That the minutes of the Intermunicipal Committee Meeting held March 23, 2021 be adopted as presented.

BUSINESS

4.1

Intermunicipal Transportation Analysis Update - Town of Okotoks / Foothills County

Jeff Edgington, Foothills County Manager of Infrastructure and Jeremy Huet, Town of Okotoks Engineering Manager will provide a verbal update on the Intermunicipal Transportation Analysis.

MOTION REQUESTED: That the Intermunicipal Transportation Analysis update be received as information.

Calgary Metropolitan Region Board Discussion - Foothills County / Town of Okotoks

Foothills County will provide a verbal update on the Calgary Metropolitan Region Board Growth Plan.

MOTION REQUESTED: That the Calgary Metropolitan Region Board discussion and update be received as information.

4.3

Technical Advisory Committee Minutes Report - Town of Okotoks / Foothills County

Administrative recommendations on the publication of the Foothills / Okotoks Raw Water Project - Technical Advisory Committee’s meeting minutes are presented to the Intermunicipal Committee for discussion.

MOTION REQUESTED: That the Technical Advisory Committee Minutes report be received as information.

Foothills / Okotoks Regional Water Project Update

Angela Alambets, Project Manager with Collier Project Leaders, will provide an update on the Foothills / Okotoks Regional Water Project.

MOTION REQUESTED: That the Foothills / Okotoks Regional Water Project Update be received as information.

MOTION REQUESTED: That the Draft Foothills / Okotoks Regional Water Project Vision document be received as information.

MOTIONS ARISING

MOTION REQUESTED: That the Intermunicipal Committee recommend that the request to purchase lands is forwarded to Foothills County Council for consideration.
