8.1

2021 Draft Audited Financial Statements 

The 2021 Draft Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2021 are provided for approval.

8.2

2022 - 2025 Strategic Plan and Public Engagement

The Town of Okotoks 2022-2025 Strategic Plan is provided to Council for endorsement to begin the strategic implementation planning.

Naming of Roadways, Parks, Neighbourhoods, and Facilities Policy GP-B-2.4 Amendments

Amendments to Naming Roadways, Parks, Neighbourhoods, and Facilities Policy GP-B-2.4 require Council approval.

Accounts Receivable - 2021 Bad Debt Write-Off

Council authorization is required to write-off the invoices numbered IVC00180268, IVC00180675, and IVC00187227 covering October to December 2021 lease costs for Natural High Fitness.

Property Owner Tax Cancellation Requests

A fire has destroyed two homes in Sheep River Cove and both property owners have requested property tax cancellations.

2022 Budget Amendment for Requisitions

The 2022 Budget requires amendment to reflect requested requisitions.

BYLAWS

9.1

Bylaw 14-22 - Land Use Bylaw General Amendments

The purpose of Bylaw 14-22 is to amend Land Use Bylaw 17-21 by addressing regulatory and interpretation gaps identified over the months following adoption of the Bylaw.

This Bylaw is ready for first reading only. 

9.2

Bylaw 12-22 - Procedure Bylaw

The purpose of Bylaw 12-22 is to establish rules to follow in governing the Town of Okotoks Council and Committee meetings.

This Bylaw is ready for three readings. 

9.3

Bylaw 10-22 - Committees Bylaw Amendment

The purpose of Bylaw 10-22 is to amend Committees Bylaw 13-21 to provide authorization to the Governance and Priorities Committee to approve naming decisions under the Naming Roadways, Parks, Neighbourhoods, and Facilities Policy GP-B-2.4.

This Bylaw is ready for third reading.
