The Mayor will call the meeting to order.

MOTION REQUESTED:  That the agenda for the November 19, 20, and 21, 2019 Joint Finance and Audit Committee Meeting be adopted as presented.

Elaine Vincent, Chief Administrative Officer, to present an overview of the proposed 2020 Budget.

OPERATING BUDGET REVIEW - INCLUDING UTILITIES

Elaine Vincent, Chief Administrative Officer, to present a detailed review of the proposed 2020 Budget projects and a 4-year (2021-2024) Operating Forecast.

BYLAWS

7.1

Bylaw 09-19 - Fees, Rates, and Charges Bylaw

The purpose of Bylaw 09-19 is to establish the fees, rates, and charges for services provided by the Town of Okotoks for 2020.

MOTION REQUESTED: That the Joint Council and Finance and Audit Committee recommend to Council consideration of the first reading of Bylaw 09-19 at the November 25, 2019 Regular Council Meeting.
